All claims must include photographic evidence and a description of how the damage happened. (A video of the event when it happened is the fastest way to get a warranty claim processed).
Sleeper parts are made specifically for competition riding and have a fine tuned balance of weight vs strength. Given this they are also the best deck for new riders who aspire to comp level riding and want to progress as fast as possible. For emerging riders who primarily learn their air tricks with fly-out landings (a hard impact dead stop landing) claims may be void. All pro scooter brands have a fly-out clause noting warranties may be void when riding fly-out, Sleeper is no different in this regard. If you want your scooter to last and your warranty claims to be valid practice riding flow, where a trick is landed on a ramp and forward momentum is continued, its greatly reduces the force of impact on both you and your scooter. Flow riding is also what is ridden on the competition circuit, the earlier you learn it the faster you will reach competition level riding with the added bonus of parts that last longer.
12 month Manufacturing warranty, if there's fault caused by a manufacturing issue with any of our parts then it's covered for a full replacement for 12 months from the original purchase date.
Unless specifically noted below all our parts have a 3 month rider warranty.
Bearings: Due to their precision manufacture headset and wheel bearings can be easily damaged. Multiple heavy landings and riding in wet conditions will shorten their life. Bearing warranty claims will be assessed on a case by case basis.
Wheels: Chunking is not covered under warranty as it primarily happens when riding over rough surfaces, loose stones on parks. This is rider error, not the fault of the wheel. Decoring (terminal crack or breakage of the core) 3 months. Dehubbing (significant area of the PU separating from the core) 1 month. Note if the wheel was not worn in prior to trick riding dehubbing claims may be void.
Decks: Any snapped, terminally cracked or banana bent decks within 3 months will be replaced. ** Damage due to grinding and general wear and tear is not covered by warranty. Replacement decks do not come with brakes (keep your old one).
Bars, Forks, clamps: Snapped or terminally cracked, 3 month warranty.**
Grips and grip tape: These are high wear consumable items and as such are not covered by warranty.
** Disclaimer: If you ride fly out or land from big air your parts will break sooner than expected, this is the same for all brands of pro stunt scooters. This will affect warranty claims and all warranty claims in this regard will be done on a case by case basis.
All warranty claims we be replaced with the same or similar parts to an equivalent value depending on stock availability.
All warranty replacement parts will require payment of shipping charges.
Any promotional parts won or gifted are only covered by the manufacturers warranty. The rider warranty is only valid for parts or completes that have been purchased.
Warranty only applies to the original owner.
Max rider weight for all our parts is 90 kg.
Changed your mind? Orders cancelled prior to being shipped will be fully refunded, note orders are often processed immediately. Cancellations after shipment: 15% restocking fee on parts, 10% on completes or a 100% store credit to be used anytime within the following 12 months. Items must be returned as new and in original packaging. Buyer pays for any return shipping charges. Pre Order cancellations will incur a 5% service fee.
