Bar Cutting

'Like a hot knife through butter' is not a description we'd use to cut down scooter bars, it's a messy business and requires noisy power tools. But if you're after bars with custom dimensions we do offer a bar cutting service. We cut using a specialist cold cut drop saw, these are high torque saws that spin at a lower speed than your standard drop saw. Cutting metal generally creates a lot of heat, this can discolour Titanium bars and may also weaken the cut area, a cold cut saw does just that, keeps the cut area much cooler which keeps the bars original metal integrity intact.

Note: As this process is done by hand the finished cut (and compression slit if required) is not as clean as the original factory finish, from an operational standpoint they are 100% awesome.

Alloy bars $25 (softer metal, easier to cut and finish)

Titanium bars $35 (harder metal, more time required to cut and finish)
