Bar Cutting

Like a hot knife through butter is not a description we'd use to cut down scooter bars, it's a messy noisy business and done incorrectly it will create a fracture point in your bars. Cutting metal creates heat, especially when cutting titanium, that heat discolours and weakens the bars. We use a specialist cold cut saw which keeps the cut area much cooler and the metal integrity intact. 

Note: As this process is done by hand the finished cut will not be as cosmetically clean as the original factory finish but from an operational standpoint they will be 100%  and most importantly your bar warranty is still valid. 

Alloy bars $30 (softer alloy, easier to cut and finish)

Titanium bars $40 (much harder alloy, more time required to cut and finish)
