Bar Cutting

Like a hot knife through butter is not a description we'd use to cut down scooter bars, it's a messy business and requires noisy power tools. But if you're after bars with custom dimensions do not fear, we do offer a bar cutting service. Cutting metal generally creates a lot of heat, especially when cutting titanium, that heat will discolour and weaken the bars. We use a specialist cold cut saw which keeps the cut area much cooler and the metal integrity intact.

Note: As this process is done by hand the finished cut (and compression slit if required) may not be as clean as the original factory finish. From an operational standpoint they are 100% awesome and the bar warranty is 100% valid.

Alloy bars $25 (softer metal, easier to cut and finish)

Titanium bars $35 (much harder metal, more time required to cut and finish)
